LET’Z PAINT COPYRIGHT, CUSTOM ARTWORK & USAGE TERMS:
All Let’z Paint artwork, designs, images, instructional materials, and catalog content (collectively, “Materials”) are proprietary and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing by Let’z Paint, the Materials may not be copied, reproduced, traced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, sold, or used to create derivative works for any personal, commercial, marketing, resale, or third‑party purpose.
Custom Artwork Add‑On (Original Physical Piece): If your invoice includes a Custom Artwork Add‑On, Let’z Paint will create an original reference artwork for your event. Upon request, the Host may receive the original physical artwork created for the event. This transfer is limited to the physical item only and does not transfer any intellectual‑property rights.
Ownership & Rights Reserved: Let’z Paint retains all ownership rights, including copyright, to all Materials and any custom artwork created for the event. Let’z Paint may photograph, reproduce, publish, and use the custom artwork (and event-related images where permitted) for its catalog, website, social media, portfolio, promotions, and future events without additional compensation to the Host, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limited Permission to Share: The Host may share photos of their finished artwork for personal, non‑commercial purposes (e.g., personal social media), provided such sharing does not imply Let’z Paint endorsement of any third‑party product/service and does not misrepresent or disparage the Let’z Paint brand.
Unauthorized use of Let’z Paint Materials may constitute infringement and may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, where available.
