We bring on-site events straight to your home, business, or event venue of choice.
Host are required to supply venue space for paint party.

*To secure your event's date and time and to avoid cancellation, a non-refundable party deposit/payment is required. for all event bookings. Your party is ready once the party deposit and remaining invoice balance are paid in full.

Yes, Though recommend hosting your event indoors due to the nature of the art supplies we use.
These supplies, which include lightweight materials, electronics, and metal-containing items, may not fare well in adverse weather conditions. Conditions such as strong winds, rain, snow, and lightning can hamper setup and breakdown, disrupt ongoing events, or even lead to the total cancellation of your art party.
Let'z Paint instructors cannot lead paint parties outdoors during times of rain, snow, hail, lightning, thunder, extreme heat & winds, or any severe weather or temperature conditions due to the health and safety risks posed to our instructors and party guests.
Your confirmed guest count is final. We DO NOT provide refunds for unused tickets. Before paying your deposit, please confirm a guest count that you are confident about.
If you anticipate your event may grow, you can purchase up to 10 additional tickets no later than 3 business days before your event date.
For example, if you have confirmed 15 guests with 5 pending RSVPs, we advise setting your initial event capacity at 15 guests.
*Should the additional guests confirm their attendance, you may request to purchase up to 5 supplemental tickets through a private ticket link or have them added to your event invoice. Please note that any additions must be finalized 3 business days before your scheduled event when your remaining party balance is due.

We are unable to process refunds for paint party tickets in cases of guest non-attendance.

All event sales & payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Need to change your guest count? Email our event coordinators and we'll update your invoice right away.
Important: All guest count changes, extra ticket requests, and final payments are due 72 hours before your event to guarantee proper setup.

For nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies interested in booking an event, please have your current federal tax exemption documentation prepared when submitting your party request form. Please note: If your organization requires a vendor application process, please ensure to provide all information regarding process completion so Let'z Paint receives full payment no later than 3 business days prior to your requested event date.
